As co-founders of Baby’s Way Lactation, LLC, Renee Riddick and Traci Dufrene bring over 10 years of experience working with breastfeeding families.

Renee is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and an experienced RN in newborn nursery care. She has also successfully breastfed her 3 children.

Traci is an experienced registered nurse, certified in Maternal-Newborn care. She is an IBCLC candidate. She has also successfully breastfed all of her 3 children.

Traci and Renee worked together, prior to Hurricane Katrina, at Memorial Medical Center, New Orleans, LA, in the Newborn Nursery and Lactation Center. Their love of working with mothers and babies and the experience that they acquired at Memorial Medical Center inspired them to create a new type of lactation service in the greater New Orleans area.

We would like to give a very special thank you to all the people we worked with at Memorial Medical Center. To every nurse in the Lactation Center, Newborn Nursery, NICU, Postpartum and Labor and Delivery; to every Obstetrician and Pediatrician we had the pleasure to work with side by side; to everyone that made our jobs so special.........we love you and miss you dearly.  The things you have taught us are our inspiration for this adventure. We will never forget any of you. We love you.
